London Part 1: Me Necklace Over Me Coat

 

Translation of the post title: One is wearing one’s lovely necklace over one’s coat. The Queen told me that when we went for tea at the weekend.

So we got back from our once or twice yearly weekend in London on Monday. Although I’ve lived in Devon for the best part of ten years I still call myself a Londoner, plus Mr Summers is a born-and-bred London geezer so we feel like we’re back home whenever we go. Especially with the amount of rain there was in Covent Garden…!

So as already mentioned I wore one of my statement necklaces (see it also worn here and here) over my coat – I saw this on the catwalk a few years ago (can’t remember which designer) and thought it was a brilliant idea – why hide them underneath?
