Black and blue all over

First post of 2012: Happy New Year! Here’s to sensible resolutions, good health and having more fun 🙂

I’ve been in London for the (long) weekend, so this is scheduled in advance in a What-I-Wore-Last-Thursday kind of way. This was an outfit just to run some errands in: paying in cheques, replacing watch batteries, a rummage through the local charity shops [fruitful! Watch this space]… the usual stuff you do after Christmas when you have a few days off work. So we wrapped up warm and braved the biting wind; I wore my fave polkadot scarf (also worn here), a.k.a. my go-to statement accessory when an outfit needs that extra something.

I want to wish all my readers a VERY happy 2012 – thank you so much for all your lovely comments, they’ve warmed the cockles of me heart. Can’t wait for another year of blogging, I’ve loved it so far!
