Women Over 30 Breaking the Style Rules | #iwillwearwhatilike Days 1-15

As we’re drawing to the end of August that means the end of #iwillwearwhatilike – and I thought it a good opportunity to showcase some of the amazing style that I’ve seen on Instagram so far for this campaign. All of these women over 30 (many are over 40 or 50) have really embraced breaking the style “rules” that were the theme of #iwillwearwhatilike. There have been some truly fabulous outfits and incredible pieces that definitely do NOT deserved to be relegated to the scrap heap just because some journalist says we should stop wearing them when we reach 30 years of age!

I’ve included some of the best posts from days 1-15 and will show the second half next week once August is over. I want to thank all these lovely ladies from the bottom of my heart for joining in with this campaign. They’re showing everyone that it’s not okay to dictate to women what they should and shouldn’t wear, not matter what their age. Fashion should be fun, and why on earth would we deprive ourselves of fun just because we’re getting older?!

I’ve tried to include as many different Instagrammers as possible – I had so much choice for some days (I’m talking about you, leopard print) that I felt bad leaving out so many great looks. But believe me, there are so many more chic ladies out there on the #iwillwearwhatilike hashtag.
