There’s the danger of it looking a little frumpy (I’d mentioned it’s quite “Ladies Who Lunch”), so I definitely wouldn’t wear it with a skirt, but I think jeans is always a good fail-safe. I teamed it with the brightest, boldest scarf I have to add something a little more funky to the mix. I’m pretty happy with this combo, and didn’t feel like an old frump at all thank goodness 🙂
Something I hadn’t noticed before when wearing it: the back of the blazer is so clever (and I’m sure this one of the things you pay for when buying designer), have you noticed the optical illusion the cut and the pattern make to create that nipped-in waist? I love how it creates an hourglass shape just from the lines in the checks… thanks Christian, I owe you!
Hope everyone is having a great weekend!
