Vintage Blue with Pops of Pink

A few old favourites mixed with a few bargains from the summer sales today! I don’t think I’ll ever tire of my glorious 70s shirt… it still amuses me when the wind catches those collars and they poke me in the chin. The sale bargains consist of: sandals from Next (eight quid! neon! leopard!), sunnies from Debenhams, both bracelets and the necklace bought in the spring sale. All super cheap – I was a happy girl 🙂

I’m sure since the recession hit, sales just blend from one to another on the high street – there doesn’t seem to be any gap between them any more… and if there’s no sale you can usually find a voucher somewhere online. Did anyone else go a bit mad in the summer sales (or winter sales, depending on your hemisphere)???

And I LOVE this manicure (briefly seen in my last outfit post): I finally cracked the neon tip thing I kept seeing on Pinterest. I was previously trying (and consequently removing) neon yellow which just didn’t have enough contrast. Even my sister, who isn’t a big nail polish fan, liked this mani.

Happy weekend, one and all… I’ll be watching table tennis at the Olympics when this goes out. Can’t wait!!!!!!!!
