I know it’s Monday (boo) but I hope my primary colours will brighten the beginning of the week for you…!
As you all know I can’t help but put brights together, and most of the time I don’t intentionally go super bright… this was one of those times. This outfit started quite muted (for me) with the grey tops and coloured jeans, but I needed a cardigan as it’s still a bit chilly, so I picked one that would complement the yellow of my fave Nine West heels (I hadn’t worn them in a couple of weeks and was getting withdrawal symptons). So by that stage the outfit was already quite bright: blue + yellow + grey + bits of pink…
Although my parka is a khaki green, I’d just grabbed the first jacket that was lightweight so that’s green added to the mix. Finally a bag; I fancied a soft bag over something structured as it was the weekend. I came all over all patriotic with my Union Jack shopper, which, funnily enough, I bought for our holiday to the US last year… it’s very red and very pretty but also pretty loud, screaming LOOK AT ME I’M BRITISH DON’T YOU KNOW ;)))
So there we are, a step-by-step guide to dressing like a British kids’ TV presenter. Easy.
P.S. Don’t you just love the landscape reflected in my sunnies in the last pic…? The clouds look so dramatic!
