The Ultimate Seasalt Christmas Gift Guide | £200 Giveaway

NDAL banner

I’ve had a wonderful year of working with Seasalt, and to celebrate I’m offering one lucky person the chance to win £200 to spend at the Cornish clothes and accessories brand!

I don’t do giveaways very often so when I do it has to be for something special. For this post I’ve written an ultimate Seasalt Christmas gift guide – their products are exclusive and very different to anything you see anywhere else so you’re guaranteed to get special gifts for special people.

All their prints are designed in-house, many products are made with 100% organic cotton and they make the best, most waterproof raincoats you can buy. All wrapped up in plenty of sailor stripes and cosy homewares – I’ve been a fan for a long time so it made perfect sense for me to tell you all about them during 2017.

If you’ve enjoyed my year-long partnership with Seasalt, why not sign up to join Seasalt Friends and be the first to know about their latest news and offers? https://www.seasaltcornwall.co.uk/customer/newsletter

A little recap of my preppy style, sailor stripes and wet weather Seasalt outfits…

Seasalt Cornwall outfits, preppy style, nautical looks, ways to style a Breton top, styling sailor stripes | Not Dressed As Lamb
To give you an idea of Seasalt’s style (and how I style their pieces), here’s a recap of the looks I’ve created over the year. As you can see they’re experts in Breton tops – Seasalt has a huge selection in all colours and sleeve lengths. Their prints are inspired by the land and the sea and the colours are all earthy and warm. Their wet weather range is second to none and I now own the comfiest pair of Chelsea boots ever.

If you were to win the giveaway there’s no reason why you shouldn’t treat yourself – however the Christmas gift guide below might help you find some beautiful gifts for others, whether you win or not…!

The Seasalt Christmas Gift Guide

The Ultimate Seasalt Christmas Gift Guide | £200 Giveaway - Not Dressed As Lamb
Above: I’ve picked out my favourite things, from men’s scarves and socks (in amazing boxes) to beautiful wraps, gloves and pyjamas. You know when you open a parcel up and you just know the quality is amazing even before you’ve taken it out the wrapper? Seasalt clothes and accessories give you that feeling on every. single. item.

So whoever you’re buying for will receive something really special as you can tell these items are not mass-produced: They’re made with love. Cornish love.

Keep scrolling down for all the details to these items, but first – a quick peek at some stocking fillers:

The Ultimate Seasalt Christmas Gift Guide | £200 Giveaway - Not Dressed As Lamb
Above: My favourite stocking fillers. Again, things you just won’t find anywhere else, like fluffy socks, “seagull droppings” chocolate (love this!) and jute shopper bags. Scroll down for all the details.

Gifts for your dog:

Mustard Dogfolly Coat £35.00 (probably the pièce de résistance of this gift guide!)

I adore this raincoat for dogs! It comes in sizes S, M and L but unfortunately Riley is so huge and so deep chested (being a type of greyhound) that the L was too small for him. I desperately wanted to have him model it but he’s just too big… hopefully Seasalt will do XL and XXL soon!

Stocking fillers:

The Ultimate Seasalt Christmas Gift Guide | £200 Giveaway - Not Dressed As Lamb

I love Seasalt Clothing, it's so easy to make it your own. At the moment I've got my eye on the Redinnick dress, the Blustery jumper and the Awakening shawl

  2. 8 December 2017 / 10:53 pm

I'd treat myself to some of the 'fluffies' socks, as I love to be ost in the winter, especially having warm toastie feet!

  3. 8 December 2017 / 11:25 am

I am head over heels in love with the Tiller Coat – i have always wanted a yellow raincoat!!!

  4. 8 December 2017 / 7:35 am

Love this jacket https://www.seasaltcornwall.co.uk/waterproof-jackets-raincoats/shop-length-rain/seafolly-long-length-lightweight-traditional-raincoat_redcurrant.htm because I know it will actually be waterproof (not all 'waterproof' jackets are!) and being a little longer will keep more of me dry. The colour is fabulous and will brighten up a dreary day. The third reason is because its Seasalt I know it will be the best quality. Although I don't live in Cornwall my ancestors came from there and were all seafaring folk going back to pirates – I have done my family tree!

  5. 7 December 2017 / 10:08 pm

    warm hoodies would be lovely

  6. 7 December 2017 / 3:40 pm

I do love the mug it is stunning and just instantly makes me feel all homeley and cosey

  7. 7 December 2017 / 3:10 pm

i would start with this spectacular fabric
    https://www.seasaltcornwall.co.uk/fabric-shop/all-fabric/printed-cotton-dressmaking-fabric_mackerel_plates_salt.htm
so i could create a 'mummy and me' dress and shirt for my son and I because hes still to young to object
then id top it with this coat
    https://www.seasaltcornwall.co.uk/waterproof-jackets-raincoats/tin-cloth/waterproof-breathable-extra-long-seafolly-jacket_mustard.htm
so i can reenact my dreams of being a fisherman of yore whilst my son harasses the seagulls

  8. 7 December 2017 / 10:30 am

lovely quality products – would love to be chosen

  9. 6 December 2017 / 11:38 pm

have sent this to my other half as gentle persuasion isn't working. she has reached a certain age and has become a comfortable clothes wearer. I think she would look fantastic in some of Seasalt's tunic dresses and she loves a good cardigan and all of these are far more stylish than she would choose .

  10. 6 December 2017 / 8:59 pm

a Mustard Dogfolly Coat. I have no DOG! But it is part of my dream. I am selling my house soon as it feels very lonely. I am going to find a boat. I don't know where or how, but I will find it and I will find my dog to go into his new jacket. and we will sail and land on sandy beaches where I will throw a ball or an old piece of wood and Jack will run after it and we will have such fun, sailing into the land of dreams..

  11. 3 December 2017 / 2:19 am

Without Seasalt my clothes are a frightful, drab sight
My grey dog and I looking increasingly alike
On the beach in the rain we are so hard to spot
Dark like the clouds and hair whipped in to knots
So I choose the dogfolly coat for my faithful friend
To bring those soggy dark days to a magical end.

  12. 2 December 2017 / 5:31 pm

Definitely some good quality knitwear for the colder months, I need to update my winter wardrobe

  13. 30 November 2017 / 8:29 pm

I think those fluffy socks look super comfy – especially when it's as cold as this! 🙂

  14. 30 November 2017 / 7:25 pm

I would buy this https://www.seasaltcornwall.co.uk/waterproof-jackets-raincoats/padded-warm-winter-coat/porthchapel-parka-waterproof-mac-coat_fathom.htm because I currently have the Tiller Coat which I bought from your new store in Jesmond this autumn, I love the tiller, the fleece lined hood is pretty cosy. However living in the north of England, and the worst of the weather is yet to come, I feel that the Porthchapal Mac being a longer length, will keep me dry, cosy and stylish. Seasalt has that distinctive look and assumed timeless quality.

We've been doing lots o work on our house this year so I've definitely been neglecting myself & my wardrobe. don't think I've made any new purchases & Im starting to notice now!
I'd treat myself to a nice tunic dress with an oversized cardigan first. I like these. The wagtail dress & the letterpress cardi to wear with some thick tights & ankle boots
    https://www.seasaltcornwall.co.uk/clothing/dresses-tunics/a-line-relaxed-fit-cord-wagtail-ii-dress_collage_garden_night.htm

  16. 27 November 2017 / 9:10 pm

Some socks because all of mine have holes and I get cold feet!

  17. 27 November 2017 / 5:13 pm

    I adore Seasalt clothing

  18. 27 November 2017 / 2:50 pm

If I won I would love to buy the Extra Long Seafolly Jacket in blue. https://www.seasaltcornwall.co.uk/waterproof-jackets-raincoats/all-rain/waterproof-breathable-extra-long-seafolly-jacket_marine.htm I would love to treat myself to this lovely jacket this winter, because the honest truth is none of my coats zip up anymore and I've been too embarrassed to buy a bigger size. However after coming home frozen and wet through today, with my coat neither use nor ornament, I think it's time for a nice new warm jacket. If I won this prize, I could step out in style on Christmas day, but most of all I would be warm and cosy, thanks.

  19. 27 November 2017 / 12:55 pm

    Great prize !

  20. 27 November 2017 / 11:01 am

wow love the mens sailor socks

  21. 27 November 2017 / 10:20 am

I would treat myself to the Deck Wellieshttps://www.seasaltcornwall.co.uk/new-arrivals/all-new-arrivals/deck-wide-calf-colourful-wellingtons_mustard.htm …winter can be long and cold and hard …but with these beauties I could dance in the puddles with joy in my heart! x

  22. 26 November 2017 / 9:44 pm

Love the Tiller Coat in Spice, lovely colour

  23. 26 November 2017 / 8:59 pm

    I would buy this https://www.seasaltcornwall.co.uk/clothing/dresses-tunics/a-line-relaxed-fit-cord-wagtail-ii-dress_collage_garden_night.htm

I have lost 6 1/2 stone this year and have worked really hard to do it! I have lipoedema so its really hard to lose, but I feel great and am quite proud of myself! I need a wardrobe to catch up with me, I currently do not own a dress, I was far too self conscious before, but I would really like to get some more confidence in what I wear. I actually would love a personal shopper to help me see what suits me now, I still gravitate to stretchy trousers and baggy tops!

  24. 26 November 2017 / 7:59 pm

Some warm hoodies would be fantastic along with some gloves and scarf

  25. 26 November 2017 / 7:50 pm

I like Seasalt and regularly keep my eye out for new arrivals. I would choose the Clifton Hill dress because I love velvet at this time of year and this dress is stylish, flattering and comfortable

  26. 26 November 2017 / 7:29 pm

    I've browsed the seasalt website
    To choose something that's right
They have it all for Christmas this year
Something to bring all Christmas cheer
But I fell in love with the Spinnaker raincoat
On my letter to Santa it is wrote
It's perfect for those cold winter nights
Walking outside looking at Christmas lights
Protecting me from the first flurries of snow
While I listen for Santa saying Ho Ho Ho!
    https://www.seasaltcornwall.co.uk/clothing/jackets-coats/spinnaker-fleece-lined-raincoat_fathom.htm

  27. 26 November 2017 / 7:20 pm

it's taken me so long to pick a favourite but i think i would go for this stunning coat – https://www.seasaltcornwall.co.uk/clothing/jackets-coats/tiller-short-warm-fleece-lined-raincoat_merlot.htm.
Cosy enough for winter but also our british summertime and even more perfect for visits to see my brother in cornwall, who i blame(thank) for my slight seasalt addiction when shopping for his wife. The quality and feel of the fabrics are unlike any department store clothing i know!

  28. 26 November 2017 / 2:09 pm
