So this is an outfit worn when the sun came out (at the time of writing I can count how many times that has happened this year without taking my shoes and socks off)…!
The trousers I bought in the sale at supermarket central for £7. SEVEN quid people – bargain!!! In fact I also bought the pair of black patterned ones (which I wore a couple of outfit posts ago) at the same time – I was in fear of wearing out my blue spotted pair that I wear so often. I actually think that a pair of palazzo pants teamed with a tank is my favourite silhouette for the summer; I’ve always quite liked my shoulders and arms (despite them being stupidly long and thin). Plus wide legged anything hides a multitude of food babies, especially after barbeques πŸ˜‰

Oh and I found the lovely sequinned bag hidden under all my other bags I keep on a couple of hooks on my wall; I’ve had it a long time and I’d forgotten how pretty is is – purely coincidental that it matched my nails.

Happy Wednesday – we’re that little bit nearer the weekend :))

P.S. Please excuse the creased trousers… that’s evidence of a warm day sat at my desk at work!

Gorgeous outfit, Catherine! Love all the bright colors and those printed palazzos, but what I love the most are all the added details that I think really made this outfit so chic: belt, sequined bag and colorful scarf!

Love the purple floral print! And the bright colours are so festive together. I am wearing a hot pink ASOS 40s style dress right now that's horribly creased…hate that πŸ˜›

I love this look. And I'm totally jealous of those pants. I tried a couple of pairs on this past weekend, but they just weren't quite right. I'm definitely going to have to keep looking!

Loveeee your trousers sweetie, the colour and the print is so gorgeous! Love how your kept the rest of your look colourful apart from the neutral colour of your beautiful bag and nails! Not only dose your bag neutralise he stronger colours of your look perfectly but with its beautiful beading it adds a lot of depth and texture! Truly stunning my dear πŸ™‚
