Preppy Neutrals With Blue

Yep, I think I’ve worked out how to describe my style… “Preppy with an Edge”. Would that be fair…? Maybe not always preppy (I certainly wasn’t on Wednesday of last week), but I’ve noticed I do lean a lot towards blazers, gingham and loafers. So that’s myself put firmly in a box, for this week at least 😉

And finally there was a break in the wind and rain today to take outfit pictures – the weather has been horrendous in the UK this month (and this weekend was the worst)! At work today we were looking out the window marvelling at a little bit of blue sky… before it disappeared again as quickly as it appeared. I’m so envious of bloggers in other parts of the world saying how hot their weather is already… please, please, please, send some warmth our way!!!

Happy Monday everyone!

what a beautiful outfit, I like how you reinvent the gingham shirt and wore it in a way that's so original and refreshing. You sure know how to mix your prints …the scarf is lovely against the stripes!.

Hi lovely, Yay the weather has finally taken a small brake for us today! You look amazing my dear,i love this look!! Preppy with an edge is a great definition for the styling of this look! I love how you have clashed prints but you've done it by using classic pieces which is why this look is so incredibly chic! The accessorising plays a great part in giving this look an edge, you always accessorise perfectly! 🙂

    Take care,Daniella xox

Preppy with an edge is perfect! Totally how your style is. I also love that you coordinate your nails every so often, I wish I had the patience to do that.

Don't worry about the weather- San Francisco is ugly too. Wind, fog, mist- it's not Spring yet.

Agreed, that is the perfect way to describe your style. As I mentioned today I'm still not sure how to describe mine. I'll figure it out eventually though!
