I bet you’re wondering how I did that last photo… there’s no image manipulation going on here at all: they’re the Not Dressed As Lamb Clones.
Give them a weird sculpture-seat-thing by the River Thames to play on and they’ll be kept happy all day.
The real deal (i.e. the original Not Lamb) decided to pose elegantly in front of the unfinished Shard Tower wearing a cape and her leopard trilby, carrying an umbrella that was used for about 20 seconds in total during that day. She felt a photo à la Richard Avedon’s Cape Canaveral fashion shoot coming on with that amazing building in the background… not a bad effort, eh?!
Enough of talking about myself in the third person (someone slap me!) – we had a weekend in London where we ate sushi in the shadow of St. Paul’s Cathedral, visited the Lichtenstein retrospective at the Tate Modern, and saw James McAvoy in Macbeth in the West End. Food, art and theatre: my kinda weekend. Stuff like that keeps me happy.
So gorgeous. This has been a fun Monday with travel treats from you. I'm knocked out by your boots and bag. A class act from beginning to end, or perhaps better to say top to bottom.
Amazing photos. Capes: what can I say, they are the best! And I really love the red/pink clash. I love the rebelliousness of wearing those colours together. Great post.

I like your cape. It's simple and nice. I think many women know how to admire and enjoy a cape but not men. For one, my bf will never ever understand why women need a cape. Seriously?
I love the colorful sweater popping out of that fabulous cape!
This hat is gorgeous!

Beautiful photos Catherine! I love your cape and the colour scheme of the look. I adore the small yet effective details like the splashes of pink you can see peeking through and the touch of print with the Trilby hat. Wonderful look my dear π

That cape is fab on you (all of you!). I miss London-spent part of the holidays there this year. The Shard-architecturally stunning. Love this post and I 'liked' the outfit on FB. π
