Scarf print under a Union Jack

Hope everyone is having a very happy weekend! I’m going to be away on a mini holiday for the next week (probably without internet access), so this is a scheduled post – there will be posts every other day as usual this week so don’t forget to come back lovely readers πŸ™‚

Well eventually it had to happen: I had to take outfit photos in the wind and rain (this was last weekend). Luckily it was only spitting by the time we got outside – it had been pouring on and off – but I think the umbrella works brilliantly in the shots. I was really grappling with it in the wind, and there was a sequence of shots where it blew inside out and I couldn’t contain my laughter (they weren’t the most flattering pics however)!

Enough about the weather: my outfit was bright enough to provide a bit of sunshine to a dull day. The scarf top was the third item from my supermarket clothing splurge – see the first here and the second here. Bargain city + mini splurge = happy girl :)))

It's always the worst when the weather is bad! At least you look fabulous. The blue and green go so well together, and of course, the print only spices it up. Your outfit is stunning (as usual)…and the fact that your umbrella only adds to the outfit, is amazing!

You really do know how to brighten up a dull day! Your basically telling the rain where he can stick it! Haha! I love this look, the colours work beautifully and i love the print of your top and how the colours of it neutralises the brighter colours! That umbrella is also sooo cool!! πŸ™‚
    Enjoy your trip sweetie πŸ™‚
