Wow - this blouse from my vintage splurge (see Saturday's post) made me come over all Alexis Carrington... the colour and polkadots are just amazing and deserved some statement jewellery. So as mentioned in Saturday's description of this blouse, I removed the little bow above the pocket and tucked back the neckline to make a v-neck. It was only pinned today but as I'm happy to have it like that permanently I'll probably Wonderweb it - due to the fabric being so fine and floppy (er, in other words polyester), I'll not be able to stitch it invisibly. I'm also happy I get to wear coloured socks and tights with peep toe shoes or sandals again due to the colder weather - I'm a big coloured hosiery fan.
(BTW isn't the necklace beautiful? Bought for me for Christmas by my husband which he chose all by himself, I hadn't even seen it or dropped hints about it. Bless Y)
